Phase 4.5's red sky and damaged opening cast
The player on the Phase 4.5 page labels itself Sprunki Phase 4. It opens with a dark red sky behind seven gray figures and two rows of sound tiles beneath them. A Random Stuff control and Reset symbol appear above.
The first headphone part reveals an orange performer with a broken head and a pink eye. Its repeating musical part plays while the character animates. Horror imagery is present in this opening scene.
Start with one sound
Drag the headphone tile from the upper-left of the lower palette onto an empty gray figure. Release it there and wait for the damaged orange performer and its loop. A held drag works on a touch screen as well.
Drag with a mouse, or press an icon and slide it onto a figure on a touch screen. A landscape view gives the icons more room. If sound is blocked, tap inside the player and check the tab or device volume.
Two packages, one mod
This page and the Definitive Phase 5 page load two different game packages, but they are built from the same mod. Both carry the same fifteen characters — Oren, Raddy, Clukr, Vineria, Gray, Brud, Garnold, OWAKCX, Sky, Durple, Simon, Tunner, Wenda, Pinki and Jevin — and the same drag-an-icon mixing loop.
The packages differ by one object and five files. This build holds 46 objects and 506 assets; Definitive Phase 5 holds 47 and 511, and 450 of the files are byte-identical in both. Every comparison on this page comes from opening the two project files the players actually download, not from either page's blurb.
Five loops are different recordings
Both builds name twenty-two sounds identically: B1 to B5, E1 to E5, M1 to M5, V1 to V4, plus a shared pop effect and one whispered voice line. The icons look the same because the labels match.
Five of those slots hold a different file here: M1, M2, M4, V1 and V2. Same label, same position in the row, different recording underneath. To hear it, place one sound on its own and let the loop run twice before adding a second layer. The melody slots are where the two builds drift apart fastest.
Definitive Phase 5, the fuller package
Thirty-two redrawn character frames
The fifteen characters hold 265 frames between them across the two builds, and 233 of those are identical. Thirty-two are redrawn: Wenda 7, Durple 7, OWAKCX 6, Simon 4, Tunner 3, Garnold 2, and one each for Oren, Brud and Sky. Raddy, Clukr, Vineria, Gray, Pinki and Jevin are pixel-identical in both.
The redraws are spread across nine characters, so no single figure looks wrong on the selection row. The only reliable test is to open both pages and place Wenda or Durple first — those two hold fourteen of the thirty-two changed frames.
Definitive Phase 5 keeps one screen this build drops
Definitive Phase 5 contains an extra object called warning no more pls, with a single costume, one sound and sixteen blocks of logic behind it. This build has no such object at all. If you remember a warning card appearing in one of these two games and not in the other, that object is why.
Nothing else is missing. Every character, every stage element and every gallery control in Definitive Phase 5 also exists here, which is why the two builds are interchangeable for a normal play session and why the difference only surfaces when you compare them back to back.
Every Sprunki mod and phase in the catalogue
This is not Phase 4 with a filter
The Phase 4 page is a genuinely different project. This build shares only 136 of its 506 files with Phase 4, and although six sound labels repeat, all six hold different audio. If you came here expecting Phase 4 artwork under a new name, open Phase 4 instead — it is the darker, heavier build of the two.
Treat the number in the title as a name, not a promise of continuity. Across the Sprunki catalogue the same phase number covers several unrelated builds, so the only way to know what a page plays is to open it and listen.
