Oren’s darker side emerges in his terrifying "Sprunki Horror Mode". His once-bright orange hue shifts to a charred, shadowy tone, while streaks of blood drip from his strained, crimson eyes. His chest is brutally torn open, exposing ribs, lungs, and a beating heart in a gruesome display known as the "Blood Eagle". With every pulse, his heart emits a ghostly glow, accompanied by unsettling echoes that resonate from his throat and hollow chest. Subtle head movements and the flicker of his glowing heart create the illusion of life, though an aura of death clings unmistakably to his presence.

In "Sprunki Phase 3", Oren's face splits apart in a star-shaped fracture, and his trembling eyes radiate pure dread. One antenna is shattered completely, while the other remains bent and broken. His once-bright orange body is swallowed by darkness, with waves of cosmic energy pulsing from within. His gaze shifts restlessly, and his left eye spins with an unnerving, endless motion. Though his figure stands eerily still, the music he creates is powerful enough to distort reality itself. Legends say this form only appears when he rises to protect his friends.
