Sprunki Horror Mode Colouring Pages: All 20 Scary Forms

All twenty Sprunki characters have a horror form, and until now the only way to sit with one for a while was to watch the animation loop. This is the printable version: twenty sheets, one horror form per page, drawn as black lines on white.

The download: Sprunki horror mode colouring pages, all 20 forms (PDF, 21 pages). A4, about 2 MB, prints at any size.

What makes the horror forms worth drawing

Horror mode is not a filter. Each character is rebuilt rather than recoloured: features are removed, replaced or turned against the character. Clukr's cymbals close over the top half of his head. Brud's bucket ends up beside him instead of on him. Vineria's flowers are still there, which is somehow worse.

That makes the sheets different from the normal set in a useful way. A normal character sheet is mostly a shape with a face; a horror sheet is a set of decisions about what was taken away. Colouring one is a slower read of the design than watching a five-second loop, and for an older child who already knows the cast, it is the more interesting half of the game.

What is inside the download

  • Twenty sheets in the same order as the characters list, so the horror form of a character sits at the same position as the character itself.
  • Each sheet names the character and carries one line describing what changed in horror mode, taken from that character's own page.
  • Line art only, no fills and no dark backgrounds. A horror sheet that printed as a solid black rectangle would be useless.
  • A cover page with the age note and the licence rule, so the rule travels with the file rather than staying on this page.

Two of the sheets

Wenda and Vineria, because they are the two most people search for. The full sheets inside the PDF are the same drawings at print resolution.

How the sheets were made

Every sheet is traced from the official horror artwork on the character pages — the same images the game uses — by finding the edges in the source and dropping the colour. The proportions are therefore exact, and the lines follow the actual design rather than an interpretation of it.

The trace keeps the shapes and loses the texture. On a normal sheet that costs almost nothing; on some horror forms the artwork relies on murky shading, and the line version ends up sparser than the source. Those sheets look like a half-finished drawing until they are coloured in, which, for this subject, is not the worst thing that could happen.

The age question, honestly

These are drawings of mutilated characters. Nothing is explicit — there is no gore beyond what the game itself shows — but a seven-year-old and a twelve-year-old will react to the same sheet very differently, and the sheet is the least interactive form of the content: no music, no jump, nothing to click away from.

Two practical suggestions. If a child plays the game but has never opened horror mode, print from the normal character set instead; the horror sheets are for children who already know the forms and find them interesting rather than upsetting. And if the sheets are going into a classroom or a waiting room, the normal set is the safe default, because horror mode is a fan-driven mod and not every parent expects it.

The parent guide covers what the horror edits actually contain, and the horror mode guide explains how the mode works if you want the background before deciding.

The horror forms in this set

CharacterWhat the horror form does
BlackThe outline splits and the silhouette stops being one piece
BrudThe bucket comes off, and the head underneath is not finished
ClukrThe cymbals clamp over the skull and take the upper half of the head
DurpleThe horns stretch and the face stops matching the body
Fun BotThe plating warps and the neck plate opens
GarnoldThe suit splits along the gold seams
GrayThe ears lengthen and the eyes go flat
JevinThe hood swallows the face and leaves the robe
Mr. Fun ComputerThe screen corrupts and the monitor cracks
Mr. SunThe disc behind the face becomes the face
Mr. TreeThe crown thins to branches and the trunk hollows
OrenThe headphones fuse into the head
OWAKCXThe body keeps its height and loses its posture
PinkiThe ribbon stays perfect, everything under it does not
RaddyThe eyelids peel back past the eye
SimonThe antenna bends and the yellow tip burns out
SkyThe pale blue darkens into something that is still calm
TunnerThe fur trim spreads and the calm expression holds
VineriaThe flowers are untouched and everything else is not
WendaThe cheek fur tears and the face stretches with it

If a description here and the sheet disagree, the sheet is right: the lines come from the artwork, and this table is a written guide to the same images.

Printing them

Same settings as the normal set, and the same advice: print at 100% and let the wide border absorb the printer's unprintable edge. Paper, ink and the A4 versus Letter question are covered in the printing guide.

One difference matters here. Horror sheets have large dark areas by design, so a light marker will not carry them — a pencil or a fine-liner does a better job, and if you are printing for a group, print the horror set on slightly heavier paper than the normal one.

What you may do with these

Print them, colour them, photocopy them for a class or a party: for personal, non-commercial use; not for sale, not for mass production. Selling printed copies, a colouring book, or a kit built around them needs a written licence, because the characters and the artwork belong to ShinStar LLC. The fan content policy covers the video side — recording yourself colouring or painting one is allowed and the ad revenue stays with you — and hi@sprunki.com handles anything that is not covered.

Finished sheets belong on the fan works wall, which takes a photo and a name and publishes it with credit.
